Preppin' n' crepe...in'? Waiting for crepes and an oatmilk hot chocolate, which sounds super middle class, but - trust me - IT'S THE BEST! Met and talked to folk that have trekked in the Antarctic, and they said they have to eat 10,000-16,000 kcals a day!!! I struggle to complete a whole meal every sitting so I take my cowboy hat off to their ability to eat so much! Their supplies were of Cadbury's chocolate bars, crackers and CHEESE(!), which I thought was rather touching in a very British kind of way. Hier wird nächste Woche die Minigolf Europameisterschaft stattfinden und Ich habe die Ehre den deutschen Kader mit zu betreuen in Sachen mentale Stärke 💆🏼♂️ sowie Fitness💪 und gesunde Ernährung 👨🍳👩🌾. Ob ihr es glaubt oder nicht, Minigolf ist Spitzensport. Hier wird auf alles genausten geachtet: Temperatur der Bahn, Luftfeuchtigkeit, Gummihärte und Beschaffenheit vom Ball. Es gibt sogar Glasbälle 😲. Es ist so spannend was ich noch alles dazu lernen kann (bewusste Inkompetenz 😅). It's been about 7weeks since I started my prep. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MY COACH @louied07 for pretty much everything!! The crazy thing is we still have about 8 weeks left until the show and I cant wait to see what changes we keep making. I've been busting my off with training and sticking to this meal plan as strict as possible. The results you see so far have not been easy at all.
