I left a job I absolutely hated making great money years ago. There were so many opportunities to do. I took time off to focus more on myself. I had put so much into others it depleted me as a person. I didn’t even know who I was anymore. I did know lifting iron helped me cope with a lot of pain from my past. It Lit me on fire. Working out became a passion, I couldn’t get enough of it, I wanted to compete professionally. I wanted my pro card. My fiancé told me if you really want it there is one person I know that will get you there @ryanhinton I joined Team Legacy in January 2018. I was very hard on myself. I was hard headed. Stubborn. Even times I didn’t want to listen I did anyway. Now being in off season with plenty of food hormones balanced I look back and can really see how far I’ve come. I did two shows this year. Even though I placed higher in my last show my first show was my absolute favorite. I gave it my 100% I look at my photos from Jan 1st to now it’s just amazing what you can do to your body with proper nutrition and lifting. I’m made so many fitness friends they have become truly the best family I’ve ever had. Being surrounded and learning from so many great trainers I’m ecstatic for next year and what’s to come! 🌟
This pic is from when we prayed over every student in @calvary_live back in August. We believe that prayer is a powerful thing that can change a situation! ⠀
“This is the reason I urge you to boldly believe for whatever you ask for in prayer—be convinced that you have received it and it will be yours.” - Mark 11:24 TPT ⠀
This quote has been reverberating in my mind for several days as I muster up the courage to work on something, actually several somethings that absolutely terrify me
I’ve never been one to balk at the difficult road, but I am one to quake at rejection and the fear of what people will think of me. I hate disapproval. Just hate it
The problem is, we kind of have to risk disapproval if we’re going to do any thing that actually matters in this world. You know the saying, if you try to please every body, you end up pleasing nobody. That’s the cold truth right there
So, I get up and get about the real work of being me. Of using my words and my voice in all the ways that really matter
Here’s to words that heal us and restore us. Here’s to laughing at rejection. Here’s to the vulnerable path of overcoming
Last week I had an awesome conversation with Amanda Elizabeth Williams. Amanda is Consultant for Flori Roberts/Color Me Beautiful. In chit chat I explained that I use to wear a specific color RED Lipstick 👄 but could never find it again. She said " I bet I have the PERFECT RED that you'll love, called RED CARPET. Guess what I got today???? She NAILED IT! 💄RED CARPET is it!
Look out world!
Thank you Amanda🤗
Exactly. Love this. Maybe you will too. Some people seem to think kindness can’t be promoted unless you’re a clone of Ghandi or Mother Theresa. Not in the slightest. Being kind can mean turning the other cheek. But if you turn the other cheek too many times, and take too much from a negative or toxic person, and start bleeding because of it, kindness to yourself can involve biting back, harder, or leaving the situation permanently or temporarily. -
“Be nice...Be nice, until it’s time not to be nice.” Kindness matters, but laying down for others who are in no position whatsoever to judge or be rude, especially when you’ve done right and made the right efforts for weeks, months, or even years is not OK. -
Also love the quote, “I’m mostly peace, love, and light. And a little go f... yourself.” Happy Tuesday! 😉 -

Found this anonymous quote this morning on the internet and it perfectly matched my mornings devotion 📖.
“And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” 1 John 5:15
What a stinking gift this girl is! I could not imagine life without her. The Lord is using you in such a way that is changing people's lives, shaking this city, and bringing people to Jesus. You speak vision, conviction, life, and hope to so many! I am humbled to get a front seat to watch how the Lord uses you everyday. You are such an inspiration. #mygirl#leader#boldness#allheart

Philippians 4:12-13 King James Version (KJV)
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Psalm 31:24 King James Version (KJV)
24 Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.
Ephesians 6:10-18 King James Version (KJV)
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
1 Timothy 6:12 King James Version (KJV)
12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
Galatians 6:9 King James Version (KJV)
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Ecclesiastes 7:8 - Better [is] the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: [and] the patient in spirit [is] better than the proud in spirit.
Psalm 37:7-9 King James Version (KJV)

8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.
9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth.
Proverbs 3:5-7 King James Version (KJV)

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Galatians 2 King James Version (KJV)
1 Then fourteen years after I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and took Titus with me also.
2 And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain.
3 But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised:
4 And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage:
5 To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.
6 But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man's person:) for they who seemed to be somewhat in conference added nothing to me:
7 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter;
8 (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:)
9 And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.
10 Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.
11 But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.
12 For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Gentiles: but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision.
13 And the other Jews dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation.

Galatians 1 King James Version (KJV)
1 Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;)
2 And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:
3 Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,
4 Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
5 To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
13 For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it:
14 And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers.
15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace,
16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
17 Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.
18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.
19 But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord's brother.
