Inspired by @yoga_girl_london, this is an awesome way to fire up the core while warming up the spine + getting blood flowing first thing in the morning. 🔥 Follow along below or save to practice later:
>> Start in high plank and hover one foot for one leg chaturanga push-up to tiger pose
>> Flow through 3x side plank crunch to 3 leg down dog
>> Low Lunge to Standing with arms overhead

Pranamaya Kosha. This is the energetic or physiological aspect of us. It can be considered the function of our nervous system, organs, the hormones, and neurotransmitters. It can also be considered the vital force that animates us and gives us life. The word prana is often associated with our breath and I am sure you are all aware that if you stop breathing for any extended period of time, it has a detrimental effect on our lives. During the retreat our daily practices will help to nourish our physiology and nervous system utilizing our breath during our asana as well as dedicated practices of pranayama (breathing exercises) You will be amazed at how a simple thing like breathing can have such a profound effect on our well being.
I took a leap of faith and landed on my hands 🤸🏻♂️ I am in a full-blown transitional life period full of moving parts, emerging ideas, and evolving thoughts. I am fortunate to have an abundance of new opportunities to pursue and to be free from limiting choices. The hardest part is picking which path to follow but a decision needs to be made.
A few more pieces of the puzzle are still yet to be seen but I am in very good hopes of what the future will bring.

I’m going through the gallery today just SAVING a pile of your amazing poses for inspiration! You guys are seriously 🔥🔥🔥 thank you for sharing your nice and naughty photos!! Today is already the sixth day of #NaughtyOrNiceAsanas and we ask you to share any toe stand. Toe balances are very difficult for me as I have tight ankles from wearing steel toed boots about 16 hours a day! I am actively working on opening them up, but both of them, especially the right ankle (thanks basketball injuries!) have a lot of work to do. If we’re being honest, the capture by @msmarnediva was definitely a “1-2-3-GO!” toe balance, not a beautifully held balance, but that’s ok! This is where I am today. Thanks for joining me! 📿 @myluckykarma
