Eu ponho castanhas do Pará, castanhas de caju, macadâmias e nozes pecã.
Canela, essência de baunilha a gosto e duas colheres de óleo de coco derretido. Forno por mais ou menos 15 min, vai abrindo e misturando.
Coloquei essas medidas mas elas são bem a olho, qto mais oleaginosas, mais crocante e saboroso.

I was 4 pounds shy of 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ pounds when I started my fitness journey and really started taking care of myself. 
I know I might not have looked like it, but that’s where I was at in a season where my clothes where getting bigger and bigger by the week. 😱
Until that point I thought that being a stay at home mom meant just get up (or barely), survive taking care of the kids until my husband came home, go to bed exhausted and do it all over again. 😫
While there is a season for it due to lack of sleep, stress, anxiety, sometimes even depression and insomnia, which I had all at one point and literally spiraled into a dark whole. 😣
In my case my healthy was vastly declining and I was packing on weight FAST! 😕
People ask me now why I got so consistent with working out and eating healthy. My answer is because I got tired of just giving my family and mostly MYSELF just the BARE MINIMUM‼️
I got tired of my excuses and complaining and decided to do something about it. If I kept going where I was it wouldn’t lead me anywhere productive and where I wanted to be. 🙌🏽
While there is a season to just roll with the punches, you have to also know when that season it over and you are just dragging it along. ✊🏽
Once you start what keeps you consistent is the feeling of accomplishment. The feeling that I am better because of making good habits and goals. The feeling of I want to be BETTER for myself, I deserve this, to take care of myself and show my family what it means to be healthy and happy and not just scraping by life. 🔥
While I still have bad days and I am still tired with 4 kids, I find that if I carve out time to pour into myself I have more stamina to keep going. 💯
To keep going for them and keep going for me! 🙌🏽

The coach life didn’t chose me. I chose the coach life!! For reals. Getting paid to take care of my body and mind? Helping people see their own potential by creating a safe space for them to share and grow as a TEAM? Yes please. I mean I would be doing this anyways. There is absolutely nothing wrong with making what you love and feel passionate about a career. I come from a poor upbringing. Like real poor. Some months we would be without hot water or electricity for a little while. My mom hustled though. She made things to sell at craft fairs every year so we would  Xmas presents and I would have birthday presents as well. December baby here 🙋‍♀️. She took what she loved doing and turned it into income. Same deal here y’all. It may not look like a cute handmade craft but my love is all there. I DGAF about being a salesperson. I want to see people that I meet THRIVE instead of survive!  The very first step in doing that is self care. Exercise, healthy eating, being positive and creating good habits as a result! That’s how motivation is created BTW. We get a very short amount of time being alive, why the hell aren’t we trying to get our moneys worth? A nice long and healthy life is 💯 percent worth investing a small amount of money and 30 minutes a day. You ready to take the leap? Next group starts November 5th. Sign up link is in my bio yo. 💪
