I surely understand how frustrating it could be to put in the work but not see sufficient results but that is not a reason for you to quit! .
You need to give enough time to your efforts to transform into expected results. .
Hard Work, Consistency and Perseverance will get you where you to the final destination.

Personally, I drink on average about 120 ounces of water. I’ve always drank a lot and now I think my body is just accustomed to it. I do sometimes drink more than that depending on how intense my workout was! How much do you drink?!

Wednesday flashback - to our first half marathon! We used to have all the time to run before having kids. Now I mostly get my workouts in before the sun comes up. To me, that's essential, especially on the days that I work. After making it a routine for about 3 weeks, it just became part of life. Although, I must say, I do love setting that clock back on rest days!

Don’t worry about other’s perception of you - you know yourself best. I want to tell you this...PUT IN A COMMA WHERE OTHERS PUT IN A PERIOD. Don’t stop yourself from reaching that endgame - regardless your age, your mentality, your camaraderie - DO NOT STOP. Take a break, give a pause, but then keep fighting. Take out feeling embarrassed, instead feel embraced.
Man oh man! Today has been a rough one. As y’all know, this month I’m eating in a caloric deficit to burn off fat, and it’s week three and I’m hungry! I’m so ready for my macros to be back up to normal!
Exercise and dieting is not easy and if anyone tries to tell you it is they are lying! You have to put in the work to see the results! That’s why it is so important to have a community of people to support you and motivate you! I had someone ask me yesterday why I want to make a workout plan and help people reach their goals, and it’s because I love a community of women supporting one another.
I hope by following me that I can motivate you. Motivate you to take care of your body and be healthy. Motivate you to live each and every day with drive and purpose. I hope I can motivate you to love your body, your life, your friends, and your family! And most importantly I hope to build a strong community of women around me so that we can motivate each other!
After almost a week of no working out due to being on a little mini vacation...I finally got back into my normal routine after work today. Let me tell you, it wasn’t easy! 🙅🏼♀️🤫 But it also felt good to be back at it. 💪🙏It can be tough getting back into the swing of things but if you want to reach your goals bad enough...you will get through it!🔥❤️
hi, i’m alive. things have been a tiny bit busy for us as we are getting our house ready to be listed for sale, but today i took the time to make this 💣 meal 100% from scratch because if i’m going to stress eat, it might as well be delicious. i don’t know how i made it this far in life without making ricotta at home, but thank god today was the day to right that wrong. it’s SO easy, and it’s the tastiest, especially when it’s in a garlicky, basil-y tomato reduction with freshly baked bread that’s been crisped up in a pan with some olive oil. it’s okay to be jealous—i would be if i were you 🤤. also, if you’re looking to buy a house in ormewood, holler atcha girl.
My daily stroller walk with my best girl. 💛 These walks have become one of my most favorite parts of my day! Not only was it the only exercise I could do right after delivery, but it’s forced me to get outside and allow my mind to wander. It’s gives me time to think about my day, my goals, my fears... all while getting some much needed vitamin D and looking in to my daughters big blue eyes! 1.5 miles later and I feel refreshed and so so happy!
When you spent the day at home sick and all you want is your mom and a piece of nutter toast 🤕 Some days your body is just like ‘nah that won’t work’ or ‘nope, nothing in the fridge sounds appealing’. Tonight mine finally said yes to some @georgiagrinders pecan butter on top of a slice of paleo toast 😌 Super glamorous dinner, I know! #realfoodwithred
