✈️It’s that time of year again where everyone starts traveling for special occasions and holiday’s. After my most recent trip to Tahiti, I thought it might be helpful to share a few helpful tips to make your experience the most comfortable and pain free!

🔅Reduced pain in feet
❗️Helpful Hint: pre-tie laces so you are able to slide shoe on and off for gate check. Then Re-tie again for improved foot support if needed.
🔅Reduced swelling to feet/ankles during flight
🔅Improved circulation to lower extremities and heart
🔅Reduced risk of blood clots.
🔅Reduced pain/tenderness and improved muscle performance in legs after long flights.

‼️A few other additional tips!
🔅Bring your own water bottle to the airport to fill up after gate check prior to getting on the air plane. Hydration is so important while flying and the small cups of water they hand out don’t quite do it. 🔅Also, try and reduce sodium intake 24 hours prior to flying in order to reduce swelling and puffy under eyes!
