Lying Leg Curls 🙌🏼
Normally I preach compound movements. However, when it comes to hamstrings you need to hit them multiple ways to fully engage them. A compound movement will not hit your entire hamstring so I like to focus on a few movements to get maximum engagement.
Yes, I still highly recommend deadlifts (I prefer Romanian). However, I follow up the exercise other movements such as lying or sitting leg curls as they hit a part of your hamstring that deadlifts don’t.
Ideally you want to hit at least one hip hinge (deadlift or back Extensions) and one knee flexion (lying or seated leg curls) to fully target the hamstring. Throw more volume at them and see what happens!

И тут мы приходим к тому , что белок-белку различён .👀 Наш организм усваивает разные виды белка с разной скоростью ,и так сказать ,с разным процентом усвоения , сейчас объясню на примере: белок получений из растительного источника усвоиться примерно на половину +- , тоесть съев 100 гр такого белка организмом усвоиться лишь половина . А вот белок ,к примеру яичный ,организм усвоит на все 100% из 100. Именно поэтому предпочтение нужно отдавать белку животного и яичного происхождения (сюда так же входят: мясо, рыба,морепродукты ...) . If you feel as though everything is falling apart for you, it may actually be bringing you inches away from where you want to be. Don't give up - always just take one more step. Do some reflecting on what is drawing energy away from you, and leaving you feeling empty and uninspired. You have to then decide that you are going to make some changes, and that you are going to turn things around for yourself because you deserve better. This includes removing toxic people from your life. Ignoring your feelings of pain and sadness only results in you burying these feelings deep within you. They will not stay buried for long and will surface. I found that by dealing with my feelings I have become more self aware. Acknowledge your feelings. As a result, my thoughts and energies were more aligned and thus my relationship with the Universe became stronger. As long as you have a healthy body and mind, you can accomplish amazing things. ♥️✨
I believe in sacrifice. If you want to relax during the night and have a good time, you wake up early to work hard during the morning and day or vise versa. If you want to enjoy an incredible, delicious meal you crave with friends and family, you practice eating strategies (like fasting) and restrict your calories during the morning and day until the night or vise versa. Success in all avenues fitness or not is all about sacrifice. What are you willing to give up to do what you ultimately want to do? This by no means is a bad thing, it actually makes for a wonderful, fulfilling feeling at all times 👌🏼
