🎄CHRISTMAS ENERGY BALLS
On continue la série de pâtisseries🍰, desserts🍮& gourmandises🍩de Noël, avec ces Energy Balls aux saveurs de 3 chocolats🍬de la gamme Ferrero Gallery :
- le Manderly, goût coco🥥/amande avec un léger craquant,
- le Cappuccino, goût café☕/noisette🌰,
- le Biancoretti, goût chocolat blanc🍫/amande🍬
Pour les réaliser, mixez 150g de dattes denoyautées avec 30g d'huile de coco🥥 @nu3_fr & divisez la préparation en 3.
Dans la première, ajoutez une tartine craquante de pois chiches @lepaindesfleurs réduite en miettes, 15g d'amandes concassées puis mélangez. Formez ensuite 5 boules que vous roulez dans de la noix de coco râpée🥥 @vahinedesserts
Dans la deuxième préparation, ajoutez 2 sticks de café☕ @nescafe & 5g de stevia @purevia_fr puis mélangez, formez à nouveau 5 boules dans lesquelles vous placez une noisette entière🌰
Pour la 3ème préparation, ajoutez 10g de poudre d'amande, melangez, formez 5 boules dans lesquelles vous placez une amande entière, puis roulez les dans 20g de chocolat blanc fondu🍫& enfin dans des amandes concassées.
Réservez les 15 energy balls au frais❄
C'est tellement bon🤩& super sain👌, sans sucre ajouté🚫, rapide à faire⏱car sans cuisson🚫. Le 🔝 !

Roast @thecoalshed was quite a delight. The staff that served us was quite hilarious as he kept cracking up jokes 😂 The Yorkshire pudding here was probably my fave ever but the roast potatoes weren’t as crisp and crunchy on the outside as I liked. Meat was quite chewy for my liking but I absolutely enjoyed the sides we received with everything, the cheesy creamy cauliflower was my faveee 🤤 RATING: 3.8/5 ⭐️

SMALLER WAIST ✨
I absolutely love to train abs and generally see progress but my waist never changes! I naturally don’t have a large waist to hip ratio and no matter how I ate or trained it would stay the same. -
I have recently realised the value of training the transverse abdominals (TVA) muscle. This is an internal abdominal muscle that lies beneath the more obvious abdominal muscles, the rectus abdominis and the obliques. Training the internal abdominal muscles helps with posture, back strength and also your midsection shape!
The most effective exercise I have found it is the stomach vacuum. I do these twice a day and three sets of 10 seconds! Exhale all the air out of your lungs and then bring your stomach in as much as possible 🥰
Cable flyes keep tension on the pec muscles through out the full range of motion. They are also a good way to learn and develop the movement before heading towards the free weights. I enjoy doing a mixture of cables, free weights and machines to ensure I develop the full pec and feel how different variations can be used to target specific areas of the muscle.
