I received a call from McDonald’s last September for an important assignment. It was for their Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony. Given the short period of time, I had to work with the Directors and Regional Managers and transform the team who had almost zero experience in dancing to perform on stage. We had one round of audition where I had to be the judge and we were left with only 5 rehearsal sessions. Tonight was their performance and I was teaching my back to back class when one of the MCD staff sent me their performance video. I wish I was there to witness this, but I knew they will do just fine without me. Thank you @mcdsg for entrusting me with this assignment and working together again for the third time! Here we’re working on single arm swimmer hovers for shoulder mobility and strength through range of motion. 🦖🦖🦖
We use a tennis ball to squeeze and help irradiate more tension through the arm, increasing neural drive, and how much strength you can use to make rotation happen from the shoulder. It’s one of the few Bio “Hacks” that actually work and are useful. Almost anything else in terms of “hacks” and biology is an oxymoron. 🤷🏻♂️
