Freedom of time. ⏳WAY more valuable than any paycheck.💎
Freedom of time means a Friday to the Y for my💪 workout, My Gym for the kids🤸🤸♂️ workout, bowling🎳 alley for Kids Bowl Free, and followed up with snuggles on the couch with the baby.👶
What would your Friday look like if you weren't trading time for money?🤔
Weston is 2 MONTHS OLD! (A week ago..) He is in the 90th percentile for height at exactly 2 feet! He weighs 12 lbs 10oz, in the 59th percentile. 💪🏻 And he’s got a big ol’ noggin that’s in the 90th percentile at 16 inches! 👶🏼Our little man is growing like a weed! 🌱Weston is a very happy baby and smiles all the time, especially at his daddy. 😁He loves watching his big brother play and he is a huge cuddle bug that never wants to be put down! 🐛Weston went swimming for the first time this past week, slept through the whole thing. 💦💤☀️We are soaking up every second with our baby boy and I swear he grows every time I blink! We love you Weston ❤️😘 @dillonhagaman #westonrush#9weeksold#2monthcheckup#betterlatethannever#growingbabyboy 💙 #mybabyboy
Creeping ever closer to the summer holidays! There’s such a lovely energy at this time of year, as all the schools break up for summer. Remember that feeling when you were a kid? It felt like the holidays would last forever 💛
We got this precious American Bulldog pup yesterday; NUGGET. People think we are crazy with a baby coming, & no one will ever replace our beloved MUNkEE. She makes us happy. We can’t wait to see her & Arlo grow together👶🏽🐶💕
Okay, so it's not a smiling, happy baby picture, but for his 9 week photo, I figured I'd capture the reality of what this first week at home has been. 🤪 If I wanted to really give you a glimpse into my world, I'd include a crying picture of Rosie, too. I'm not complaining, no, rather just reminding you that the highlight reel that is Instagram does not include the behind the scenes where Jax and Ro are competing for loudest cry, Ro is literally climbing my leg, and Jax can't decide if he likes being held or not.
Week one at home has been pretty crazy, but I've already learned a lot in 7 days. One, Jax is not always happy. To be honest, he's more often crying than not. Take the fact that he's still withdrawling from his morphine, the pain of his surgery, and is trying to adjust to life outside the NICU (aka living with a screeching toddler) and he's had a pretty rough few days. Two, "you'll replace the NG tube once a month" is a bold face lie. It's been 7 days and I've reinserted it 4 times 🙄 Three, Ro is remarkably smart and asking her to help me has proved to be the best diversion when I need to care for Jax. Four, though he's far fussier than Rosie ever was, in his calm moments, Mo is smiley and loves looking around. He knows his momma and is quickly becoming MiMi's baby, just like Rosie. His neck strength is increasing daily and we keep working on those bottle feeds every hour.
I am unshowered, my house had a tornado run through it, and I think a few of my marbles have been lost for good, but I'm so in love with this kid and his sister that it doesn't even matter. *No children we're harmed in the making of this photo. **I promise Jax does not look like a TRex in real life (big head, little body). #jaxalexander#littlegameofjax#9weeksold#babypicsapp#twoundertwo#cdh#cdhawareness#nicugrad

It’s nearly the weekend, and what a better way to start it with my @nextofficial order being delivered today! I can not wait to get Zara into this sweet little two piece set. It’s just so adorable for summer and I am loving the florals. 🌼
I hope everyone is having a fab Friday!!! 💕
