WHAT??? I though the same thing when I first heard it, though it does. Doing the smallest things like SITTING DOWN to eat ***ummm what mom has time for that???*** Taking a DEEP breath and then being conscientious about what your putting into your body will then put you in a more parasympathetic state thus making your body in a more optimal position and improve digestion! So simple right!!! I don't know about you but I feel so much better now that some of these symptoms are GONE!

Day 1 of #5weeks out got me like....😂 Hopefully my body adjusts to the diet changes real quick ! Already feeling better today and hopefully I'll have some more strength for my workout tonight than I did yesterday. Did my morning cardio at 04am though so let's see lol!! Time to get into fighter mode! 💯
5 weeks ago, I decided to commit to a workout program! 5 weeks ago, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. 5 weeks ago, I had every single freaking doubt in my mind about myself. I struggle everyday with self criticism and being wayyyy to damn hard on myself. .
Today, I finished day one of week 5 into my program!!! That's huge for me!! I have yet to even go past week 4 in any other programs except this one!! My arms are jello and I pushed extra hard in the cardio round because I am freaking proud of myself! .
This did not come easy! Honestly I finished week 1 and thought to myself, can I really do this program? Can I really push myself? Right then, I got rid of my excuses as to why I couldn't do it. I am a full time mom, part time student and part time out of home worker. Pretty soon I will be part time extern as well. I totally get being busy and thinking you don't have time. But guess what, we are all given the same 24 hours in the day and it is up to you to prioritize to your goals! .
Even though week 5 has begun, I wouldn't be this far right now without the support group I am in! Seeing everyone get there workouts in daily has motivated me and gave me the kick in the ass to get it done every day!! I work with some amazing girls on this team and I can honestly say I would NOT be this far in this program without them!! .
