Lazy day today.
Woke up at 5am to workout, worked on some photos, worked on some wide angle lens shots (and no I don’t even own a wide angle lens), finished up some Christmas shopping, and took this photo... of myself👍

Sooo I did a thing today, I did a step class! No not the kind you take at a gym & definitely not your old school Step Srinivasan classes you did back in high school! Yep totally aged myself on that one, cause I remember doing a step class for P.E.! 🤷🏻♀️Anyone else??
This workout was done with a modified step, cause I’m having one built to save on the plastic consumption in my house, & because Tony is a carpenter! 🥰But the best part it was 20, it was 20 FRICKIN’ MINUTES!!!

🥑🍅🥚Farmer’s Market Breakfast Hash
I LOVE ❤️ breakfast and my favorite breakfast joint is First Watch.
I order the same thing every time, market hash and in true Natalie fashion I have to add in something that’s NOT included with the dish: bacon 🥓and avocado🥑👌. My husband always says why can’t you just get what’s on the menu?!? Because I’m complicated honey😎. Occasionally I’ll throw in one of those gigantic pancakes (carrot cake or banana crunch) when I want to overload on carbs and go into a food coma for the day 😊. Veggies:
✔️3 sweet potatoes
✔️2 Tomatoes ✔️Handfuls of fresh spinach ✔️Crimini mushrooms (will use next time)
Sprinkle with smoked paprika, s+p.
Bake @400 for 20-25 minutes
While that’s baking, throw a pack of nitrate free bacon in the air fryer bake at 400 for 15 minutes. 🙌
Let the veggies cool, chop up your bacon and mix them together, store in a glass container in the fridge.
Ready for breakfast? Whip up 1-2 scrambled eggs, warm up the veggies in the same pan, top with goat cheese and avocado. Enjoy.
