Here’s a camera that nobody talks about on the Internet. Not sure I would call it rare, and likely not especially desirable.
Than Ansco 835 with Quartz Date back (apparently an option based on the separate user manual just for the back). It appears to essentially be a Halina AF810, but with automatic flash instead of manual flash.
It had DX coding, but only for ISO 100 or 400. The camera sports a 34mm f3.8 lens with fully automatic exposure and focus (that’s the literal specs given “fully automatic”). After cleaning out old crusty batteries (someone didn’t read the leaflet that said to store it without batteries), it seems to work okay.
I can’t decide if having the entire package in the bowls with the manuals makes it with anything more, or if it’s just a convenient way to store it.
Anyone interested in a slice of 80s nostalgia? It’s a rare camera setup.... 😂🤣 #shootfilm#ishootfilm#filmisnotdead#35mm#compactcameraclub#pointandshoot#cameraporn#ansco#nikon#nikond5100#productphotography
