Front to side profile at 34.5 weeks Pregnant, Single digits now!! Things are starting to feel very real and exciting. I have been consistent with trying to do something active cardio wise daily if my body feels up to it. I definitely am not at my usual intensity but it is surprisingly challenging for me! Weights I aim for 2-3 times a week more of a total body maintenance to stay strong for the next journey. So far feeling good! Listening to my body and not restricting but not over consuming. 34 weeks carrying our Little Peanut today💙 Getting anxious to meet you little guy! Today we get to work on putting together his nursery (putting up walls and closet!) So excited! 🙌🏻 Peak at my stories throughout the day to see the progress and projects we got going on 😉
So I haven't posted in a while cause I honestly haven't workout in a while. I am up to 5-6 doctors appointments a week!...yeah I didn't know that was a thing but this is what I spend most of my time doing now a days... Well and chasing a wild 1 year old around. Some times as a Mom I'm in thriving mode and sometimes it's more like survival mode.
My latest survival life hacks are * Keeping my hair in a bun for 4 days and just adding bobby pins to keep up the stranglers. (I'm sporting day 3 of my bun☝️)
* Cooking two big meals a week putting the extras in the freezer and eating frozen meals or sandwiches the rest of the time
* Kicking all the toys into the corner so my house "looks" clean
* POSITIVE THINKING!!!
* And lots of outside time with Pancho.
Today was the first day this week I didn't have a doctors appointment so we went to the park with some friends and it was like the best day ever! Just talking to other moms puts me in such a good mood 😊

When I first started this virtual coaching thing, I was BUSY. Let me tell you all the ways: I was full-time corporate employee who traveled for work. I was going to graduate school and I was training for fitness competitions. Not to mention trying to have a life!
I was so grateful to be able to help people and coach in small pockets of time. I didn’t have to spend hours upon hours on top of my busy schedule.
I work from home now and have lots of flexibility in my schedule, which makes it easy. But as soon as Baby T arrives, it’s going to have to go back to pockets of time. And I’m ok with that! It’ll be nice to be able to still help people without missing too much time with our girl (or precious sleep) for that matter!

GETTING GENTLE BIRTH WITH HYPNOBIRTHING. Pasti yg ada dibenak hamil itu identik dg mual, muntah, pusing, lemes kan ? Yaa itu memang terjadi dihampir setiap bumil, termasuk aku 😬 Krn hormon kita menyesuaikan, jd itu wajar. Tp percaya ga sih ? Semua itu bisa dikendalikan lewat pikiran. Mind is the king of the senses. Buat hamil itu jd menyenangkan, bangun semua pikiran positif, krn kekuatan pikiran kita jd sangat kuat dg si bayi. Ajak si bayi kompromi, bicaralah terus sama si bayi. Dia akan ngerti 😊 Nah klo udah pikiran positif ini kebangun, hamil bukan lg jd halangan utk aktivitas bumil. Bumil jg harus bangun energi positif ditengah kesibukan. Lakukan selingan utk senam hamil, prenatal gentle yoga, berenang, squat, jalan-jalan pagi, selesaikan pekerjaan rumah. Eits, tp tetep yaa sesuaikan sma kondisi badan masing-masing bumil. Intinya jgn sampe kecapekan yaa. Satu lg, buang semua mitos kehamilan yg bisa bikin bumil takut, cemas, panik. Kuncinya tenang, santai, sabar & bahagia. Kita bisa! 💪🏻 Nah itu cerita singkat aku selama menjalani masa-masa hamil. Menyatukan pikiran & energi kita dg si bayi & Tuhan. Jgn lupa minta dukungan penuh dr suami krn ini sangat membantu. Finally at 34 Weeks!!!! 6 more weeks to go until Due Date!!! I am feeling amazing and have been truly blessed throughout this Pregnancy. So much to do and prepare myself for the little guy. It's finally hitting me that he is coming....!!!! He lets me know that he is there and fully awake all day long!!!!! Working out with kids can be a challenge. 😬 And I know from experience that there were many times where I would ask myself “is this even worth it?” Between, diaper changes, 👶 nursing babies, helping with Math homework or getting snacks.... it’s been a journey to figure out what works. If you’re in the same boat please don’t give up. Even just getting in a little bit of fitness each day is not done in vain. .
