Bubs has also started responding very strongly to @lazyartglass voice and kicks and tumbles when he chats/sings 💜💛💜💛

I love movements that continuously challenge you and give you a fun goal-💪🏻 Prior to pregnancy I could do sets of about 4-6 Unassisted Chin-Ups at a time. My goal is to get to at least 10 perfect chin-ups!
Now, at 35weeks prego and about 20 extra lbs on my frame, 🤰🏼 thats not really happening but thats where the band comes in handy! You can control the amount of resistance depending in what band you use.
Another way to gain strength is Eccentric chin-ups! These focus on the negative, or lowering portion of the movement which is an AWESOME method for increasing time under tension. Im working on 5 sets of 5 with a 3 Sec descent. Focus on lowering yourself under control and MAINTAIN THAT FULL BODY TENSION!! Keep the volume lower with these, especially as your drops get slower and slower. Sets of 5 or less are usually a good starting point.
The first few reps are in real time speed (really focusing on that lowering) and then its sped up :) Questions/ Comments?
Never been so relieved to get home to my little tribe!.
Routine growth scan appointment on Tuesday turned into threatened pre term labour, steroid injections ( OUCH!! ) meds’ to stop the contractions and just sitting at 2cm dilated. Moved to a hospital miles away! I am finally allowed home. 👌🏻
It’s all up to bubba now but hoping she holds just a wee bit longer! 34 weeks tomorrow so we are getting there but I think we have a little trouble maker on our hands 💕🌈
Pas évident de se fixer des objectifs quand on ne sait pas trop ce qui nous attend... Cette année a été pleine de défis au niveau personnel. Une grossesse, c’est pas rien et c’est tellllllement pas ce à quoi je m’attendais. Je suis tout de même tellement privilégiée de pouvoir encore jouer dehors à moins de 5 semaines d’accoucher. .

Je voulais participer au @defis.course.a.pied Trail du grand duc et c’est demain que ça se passer! Il y a deux semaines, je ne pensais pas qu’il serait me serait possible de le faire... mais demain matin 11h, je prendrai le départ du 5 km 😊
Actuellement, je suis à environ 50km d’accomplir mon dernier objectif sportif de l’année, c’est à dire courir 1000km enceinte. Si bébé n’est pas pressé de sortir, je devrais pouvoir le réaliser 🤞🏻

I have been hesitant to post pictures of me while pregnant for a couple of reasons:
1. The changes my body goes through during pregnancy are difficult to accept sometimes. Looking in the mirror or at a photo, I see just how much my body has changed.
2. Sometimes I compare what I look like to other women while pregnant. Never a good idea. Each woman and pregnancy is different.
Some people may wonder why I started coaching when I was in the third trimester of my pregnancy. Short answer: I needed to.
The workouts helped me to feel strong, confident, and in control of my own body even though I currently share it with another human.
The community of coaches are so uplifting, knowledgeable, and genuine. We are all striving toward the same goal. To fill our cups and help other people fill theirs through health, fitness, and personal development.
Since I started coaching, I feel happier. I don’t have so many meltdowns because I’m so busy and overwhelmed. Yes, I have more to do than ever but I’m not running on empty anymore. I wake up, fill my cup through working out, sharing it, and listening to some personal development. THEN I start on everything else. Game changer for me.

Another week down, another week closer to meeting this little lady! She is still moving around nonstop; my OB was laughing during my appointment this week because of how active she was. My bump continues to be large and in charge! My maternity jeans are no longer comfortable. Heck let’s just get real, NOTHING I wear really is comfortable except for muumuus!!!
