Sometimes you have to just accept the fact that you go through these bumps on the journey.
After taking sometime off moving forward i have decided this is the time to get back into action. Over this weekend I worked on a warrant of fitness for myself. This made me re-align with my goals and the best way to start is to make it public.

I made a vision board last night with some lovely peeps at @rocksolidchicago. As we prepare to dive into a 30 Day Reset, I feel many things. I am excited, nervous, and anxious.
Having this on my fridge is my anchor. It reminds me of what I am after and why. It reminds me I am already doing the things I know are best for my highest self so I may show up fully for others in the world. I look forward to what lies ahead as I am not only co-leading this journey with fellow wellness warrior @blairrockoff but participating in it myself. After a few too many Aperol Spritz yesterday afternoon, gut healing goodness is definitely required to start my day 🤗

The other day Joe and I went out to eat at one of my favorite places. I gave myself permission to go off plan of the 30 day reset, and just make smarter choices. I knew my usual meals that I crave from this place like Mac and cheese bites, black bean burger covered in Mac and cheese 😂😂, sometimes I get this salad on a wrap with either fries or Mac salad on the side . I didn't even WANT that stuff 🤔 I can tell how much my palate is changing , how cravings are changing, and my relationship with food has changed. I feel amazing and awesome, usually I would feel full beyond my wildest dreams , stuffed, lethargic , and large lol. But I felt fantastic --still full just not engorged, and ready to take on the day!! Also although Joe is not doing the reset right now he is still making much smarter choices , like taking half of his sandwich home! Eating healthier doesn't mean you can't eat out or have fun, just try to make smarter choices than you normally would.
Never in 🤗 a million years did I think this was possible....drinking creamy delicious shakes 🥤and eating healthy chocolate 🍫 would I be able to lose weight 😲, sleep better 😴 at night and have more 🔋energy....and still feel the same 3 years later!!!!

Whenever I have a heavy meal, or something that isn’t my normal digestible food 🥘.. I always make sure I have a probiotic around! Does anyone else do that?? What’s your fave??? I was going to write something cheeky asking how fast you want your dinner to be...this was fast and gross. Don’t do what I just did with kale. I’ll fess up when things aren’t good so hopefully when I say something is awesome, people will know they can trust me. Lol. Plant foods are delicious...usually! On another note, I only had kale on hand because I have blown through pounds of greens this week! I love adding lots of greens in with my dinner-Arbonne cake flavored smoothie. It keeps me super full and regulates my blood sugar while I snooze so I haven’t been waking up with headaches or dizziness. Loving this lifestyle more than ever. #30dayreset
