After 2 rest days I felt recharged this morning and ready for a strong weeks training. This week I’m changing routine up a bit. Today I had an all body weights circuit to complete 4 times followed by a 20 minute interval session on the spinbike. You can see details of my 30 minute weights circuit on the 2nd image. On the spinbike I did 1 Minute medium intensity and resistance and followed it with 1 Minute high resistance standing in climbing position. I did 10 of these Intervals. By the end of the workout I had nothing left in the tank. That’s 1 day down and 5 to go this week. What is your plan this week?
