Morning Motivation : When Your Lifestyle And Habits Change Your Shape And Everything In Your Life Will Change For The Better
I spend my life drilling into you the importance of focusing on changing your lifestyle and habits instead of your body shape. This is an important mindset shift in your thinking.
When you’re solely focused on losing weight/fat(fat is what you actually want to lose) you typically lack patience and end up frustrated and never stick at anything long enough to see real results. You’re constantly frustrated and this is what diets and many transformation programmed create.
Changing your shape has a much bigger picture. When you truly get control of your mind/body/health everything in your life changes for the better not just your body. This is why you must start focusing on changing your lifestyle and your habits. Focus on adding instead of taking away. Taking away creates negative energy and also when you add you automatically take away without consciously deciding to.
From today focus on positive steps forward towards creating a healthy active lifestyle. Focus on creating more positive habits in all areas of your life. Then experience real change. PERMANENT CHANGE

MY SIMPLE TIPS FOR FAT LOSS, IN VERY SIMPLE TERMS. .
Control your calories - you eat too much, you’ll gain weight. Make sure you’re looking at your energy (calories) balance. .
Get sufficient protein, this depends on the person and the goal. I advise my clients to eat anywhere between 1.2-2g per KG of body weight. We need protein to survive that should be enough, plus it makes us look better naked, helps our hair and skin, the list could go on. Plus it is good for Satiety (keeps up satisfied).
Sleep 7-8 Hours per night, this helps us recover and regenerate. Helps with bringing down cravings, helps control hormones, helps us perform better, helps our stress levels, again the list goes on.
Eat your vegetables, this keeps our vitimins and minerals topped up. We can eat a hell of a lot of food in the form of vegetables instead of something else processed. Great for satiety. Plus vegetables have good fibre content to help keep us pooping regularly.
Train 3+ times per week, keep active. Resistance training would be most beneficial but find something you enjoy and stick with it. Training shouldn’t be a chore. .
Walk, move, fidget as much as possible, around 30% of our energy expenditure comes from this. Move more, burn more calories. .
Eat some of the foods you enjoy, what is a world without them. I look at a 80/20 split. 80% of our diet should be made up of good ‘clean’ macronutrient and 20% can be made up from the foods we love and enjoy. Because life would suck without them + They help us stay focused and stop us from binging. .
Be patient, this is not going to happen over night. You didn’t get fat over night so don’t expect to get results over night either. But don’t stop moving forward, just don’t give up and I promise it will come.
