Доброе утро мужчинам всех возрастов! В этом посте я расскажу вам что делать если вам не хватает вашего личного времени на какое либо новое занятие. Например вы захотели изучить навык программирования, или решили выделять по два часа для чтения каждый день, но считаете что у вас слишком плотный рабочий график и у вас попросту не хватит для этого времени. В таком случае я хочу вас обрадовать, у вас не так мало времени как вам на самом деле кажется. Ведь зачастую нас кажется что мы проделали так много дел за день и свободного времени у нас совсем нет. И как раз для этого я и расскажу вам о методике "15 минут" которая поможет вам определить чем вы занимались в течение целого дня. Суть этой методики невероятно проста, вам всего то нужно проставить будильники которые будут звонить через каждые 15 минут в течение всего рабочего дня - с момента пробуждения и до того как ляжете спать. После каждого звонка будильника вам нужно записать что вы делали последние 15 минут. Посмотрите на свой список когда заполните его и я уверен вы найдете пробелы в своем расписание. Got my @the_flylady arsenal today. I couldn't wait to get it out. Usually I wait to open new things but today I opened everything and put it all away and started putting it to good use. I washed the purple towels first thing to make sure the they don't stain anything. I swept with the duster then mopped my kitchen with just water. Some spots need some elbow grease but it got in all the corners and worked great. I got a couple extra rubba-scrubba's and put them in different bathrooms. I sent my DD off with the duster. Our lives are so busy and frenetic; we are always forgetting to make time for what really matters.
To make sure our priorities are well set, we’ve created a finely crafted glass sand timer to remind us to carve out 15 minutes a day for what truly counts. That isn't very long, and that's the point: it's longer than we often give to so many of the things we ostensibly think of as so important – like properly listening to a partner, rationally analysing our career ambitions, or playing in a concentrated way with a child.

🎶🎶Bhad Bhabie - 15🎶🎶 All the other blogs say this is a long awaited album from Danielle Bregoli aka Cash Me Outside girl nka Bhad Bhabie....okay if they say so 🤷🏾♀️ 1st off I am by no means co-signing womanish acting little girls with slick mouths and bad attitudes but I'm not her mama so all that aside I will give her nods for her work ethic and grind mentality. I think we should all give Kim K props for showing people how to turn a negative into a positive lucrative bank account by taking that 15 minutes and expanding it to over saturated proportions 😉😏. Honestly what is a girl with a slick mouth to do but put out a rap album?🤬 The production and features on her debut mixtape is impressive. How is her "mixtape" longer than some folks real "albums"? I'm asking for a friend.🤔 Whoever is on her team really put her on with top producers, writers and linked her up with the who's hot in hip hop.
I'm not gonna lie I jammed to Juice ft. YG cuz if he on it I fuc with it. Then she teams up her slick mouth ways with City Girls Bout That ways on Yung & Bhad. Added to the mix of New, Young & Bhad collective is Asian Doll with Affiliated.
I will not comment on her language cuz yeah she pretty much speaks like teens who curse when they not around their parents.
Pros: decent beats & good production along with key features Cons: her voice can be annoying and she runs her verses too close at times like she's trying to get it in before she runs out of breath.
Danielle is like that little smart a$$ niece or cousin who you know needs a good whooping James Evans Good Times style 😂😂😂. She is not a role model or doesn't try to be so don't put that task on her.
She definitely has room for growth as a rapper if she takes this seriously and not just as a cash cow. My only problem is someone cashing in on hip hop culture because it suits their immediate needs. HEY PESTO 5 minute dinner idea
Can't think of what to cook tonight? Consider this. Pesto can be an umbrella term for any mash up of strongly flavoured green leaf, hard cheese, toasted nuts or seeds and olive oil. This one was made from scavenged rocket that was threatening to overtake my friend's garden, toasted sunflower seeds (cheaper than nuts) parmesan and oil. But the possibilities are endless.
Hazelnuts, pine nuts, toasted almonds, rocket, wild garlic, mint, basil, sun dried tomatoes, any nice jar of something in oil, chuck it in.
If you're using a blandish veg like kale of broccoli, chuck in a bit of garlic.
If using up old nuts, check they're not rancid.. they go off pretty quickly
Don't save pesto for pasta! Use it as a spread, on new potatoes, as a herby crust on beef or lamb or drizzled over roasted veg. .
