Day 82 - I ran 10K this morning. I actually ran 10k 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿. And it was cold today. Excited because this was on my list of things I wanted to achieve during this #100strongandsexy challenge. 💪🏾💪🏾 Check!

Day 81/100 of workouts I GET To Do! #doubleup day with an outdoor power walk in the am and an incredible session with @syntaxone from @thehealthinstitute - core strengthening, circuit training and most importantly... helping me to recognize and correct my form. Day 81! - I was at the gym earlier but only did some light weights as I knew this was waiting for me when I got home. Had to prep the yard for winter 😢. Put all the patio furniture in the shed, prepped the gardens and mowed the lawn with a good old fashioned push mower. Now that’s a workout! Difference this time (besides it not being 35c) is that these last 81 days has strengthened me both physically and cardiovascular and it wasn’t that bad!
