I did a total of 4.50 miles this morning and completed a Gixo class. Today I struggled during this run but I completed it. Some runs won’t be great and that’s okay. The best thing is to just keep trying and appreciate the good runs 🏃🏾♀️❤️
Going to Boise, ID! Never been. My 2018 resolution was to ride out of state. Looks like I’ll be crossing two with a couple of my girlfriends. Where should we stop? Any attractions? Places to eat? Hit a BIG milestone last night! At 8:30pm, realized I was .8 of a mile from hitting 1k. So jumped off the couch & got out the door to walk around the block to make it happen.
It’s 1000 total Fitbit miles, which incorporates exercise + everyday movement.
In terms of walk/run/hike miles that I’ve done in 2018, that’s 483 miles. For comparison: At this time in 2017, I had logged 247 walk/run/hike miles.
Also logged 13+ hours of elliptical in 2018. Since elliptical “distance” doesn’t equally equate with actual walking miles, I’m estimating 3 miles per hour, which adds another 39 exercise miles.
Exercise miles = 522ish
Everyday movement miles = 478ish
Total = 1000
So while I’ve been pretty down lately because plantar fasciitis has me sidelined from logging any real miles, I am pretty stoked with hitting this milestone!!! .

I did a Nike Run Club Benchmark run and a Gixo class this morning. ❤️🏃🏾♀️ starting my run streak late this year but was inspired by someone I follow. We shall see how this goes but seems like a fun challenge. I’m training for a marathon. It was a marathon held in April in Kansas but I’m doing a virtual option and I’m training for a half marathon being held in October. Another race I’m doing is on the 21st of this month with Gixo. Loving my fitness journey this year ❤️💪🏾

Really enjoyed Endurance Walk or run this morning. I plan to complete day 19 which is leg day of 80 Day Obsession. I’m super excited for the 5k next Saturday with Gixo ❤️ I also decided to start a run streak. I’m starting late in the year but I’m determined. Today is Day 4 of my run streak
