Bought spare ribs, thinking boile soy sauce...hmm...a little bit boring...checking Instagram, watched one video that cooking spare libs with shiitake & tofu. Oh, lets try. I don't put any spice..😌 Tofu is really good! yummy..👍 Last time when my friends visited us, brought seaweed(wakame), raw one also.😊 Today went to market, found selling bamboo shoot(although not spring!), let's try. Boild with water which not throw away after washed rice & one chilli🌶️, and just let them cool down inside pot. hmm seems bottom is a little bit hard...remove skin, cut, oh seems ok.👍
Boil by fish stock (dashi), soy sauce sake and sugar. Wakame so good! 😆😆😆 like melt.👍👍👍 Bamboo shoot also good, not bitter, very fresh.👏 aiyah, too much couscous...😌😌😌😌
Since last time at Macau ate one was good, so that tried cook. Stock was nearly finish, so cooked all, but...too much...😂😂😂 taste ok, bring to lunch, take a time to eat.
