Okay, this going to be my least favourite review so far. But what can I say - it's not always rainbows and butterflies when it comes to exploring new parks 😥
We went to Karower Teiche (ponds of Karow) because it's a mature conservation area - which sounds pretty cool, right? Well, not so much. Even though it's called 'ponds' there's barely water you can see. Three things irritated the hell out of me: first, road cyclist use this area a lot. I mean, A LOT. Maybe it depends on the time you're there, but I really had to be extra careful that Jasper is not getting run over. Second, at some points there's a freeway nearby. 🚗 With nearby I mean like 10 meters away. Ugh! And even worse (that's point nr.3)you can find power fences ⚠almost all over the place (because bulls are kept there 🐂). The power fences are about 50cm above ground, which is the perfect height for your Schipperke to run into 😐 on top of that the whole area is very hard to reach. Do I sound annoyed? Yes I am 😅
So here are my pro's and con's!
✔eeeer, I don't know.. maybe if you're living nearby it's Okay?
⬇a lot of cyclists
🏁My overall rating? 0.5/5
➡no recommendation at all. I regret having invested a whole afternoon into this 😑
