Ohkie so well first of all i would like to share one thing with each one of you who are following me on my social networking accounts and who knows me in person i love being fit and being fit doesnt mean one has to look really thin or skinny being fit is having a healthy lifestyle healthy eating habits and capable of performing things and ofcourse weight does matters a lot i keep on uploading the videos which i perform in my day to day activities but i have no clue seriously whether u people do actually understand which exercise is helpful for what so well the specific one i am performing its a complete body exercise as i am using my body strength to move forward and simultaneously my trainer is using his force to hold me tight this way i am using my body strength and ofcourse i am performing high knee raises here which is benefitial for lower abdomen fat cutting hence do not afraid to try new and different every workout and exercise has its own benefits

Well a very clean deadlift of 80kg 
That too after so many repititions of 50 and 60 kg 
I can see very little progress but i am extremely happy about it

In my previous videos u must have noticed that i had been on trials of my body capacity and strength was checking and trying out hard to pull weighted rope i started from the journey of 100 kg and my last trial was for 200 kg which i pulled half way but due to imbalance of weighted plates i couldn’t complete it out hence i asked my trainer to be seated over weighted plates he weighs around 76kg being specific therefore in total complete weight become 200kg and successfully did it 
I am happy about my strength working hard on it 
Dont be afraid to try new things

Well again continuing with it this time weight is 200kg half way i pulled it but due to disbalance of weighted plates my trial was unsuccessful

Okay by continuing with the same exercise the other day i decided to increase weight and it was 125 kg weighted rope pulling and i pulled the same with high hopes and great efforts and again i did 4 repetitions of the same from one point to another

Deadlifts are my favourite back exercise i am working hard to increase weight in my deadlift well to improve in one specific exercise be constant to it focus on the postures because it is the exact posture which will pour out the changes within your body  and be very keen on strain if you will not get the strain on the right muscle the complete performance or activity is of no use well keep up the Good work all keep inspiring others
