Got to pipe this cake at work today and I had so much fun! (But I was also really afraid)
Got to pipe this cake at work today and I had so much fun! (But I was also really afraid)
Oh, salads. You can be kind of boring, but also get the job done. The staples I try to always keep in my fridge so I can throw together a healthy and fast meal salad:
Spinach
Avocado
Turkey or chicken 
Sugar snap peas 
Cucumbers
Carrots 
Any of those veggies work. Sometimes I’ll add roasted almonds for crunch. I like adding avocado, because it helps me feel full. Not the prettiest or most delicious dinner, but keeps me from falling off the edge after a long day. And sometimes that’s what we need!
