who’s chef @JordyNavarra (London’s Fat Duck alumn) was awarded Asia’s 50 Best’s “The One To Watch Award.”

Gotta say I was quite impressed! Guy is extracting tradition, blending it with modern techniques, and then presenting the results with a twist of whimsy and flair. Great job so far and looking forward to the good stuff coming out of @ToyoEatery’s kitchens in the future!

Filipino food tasting menu. 👌🏼 Although 10 dishes (one with rice) plus 6 desserts were a little too overwhelming for me. LOVED it nonetheless! Every dish was a surprise even the cassava!
