I don’t normally put up posts of my love life on social media especially Instagram as it’s such a open global network I feel not everyone needs to know about it. But I would like to just give a huge shout out of appreciation to this gorgeous women!, down to earth as she is stunningly gorgeous!. She’s been my rock through all my battles on every level. I have never met a women so grounded and strong before!. She’s been through hell, she’s hit huge mountains and over come them like a Amazon Warrior!. So many guys in the gym have complimented my hard work ethic in the gym, my long hours of constant labour and dedication to the sport to hit the stage as much as possible but in all honesty it’s not me that deserves these compliments. It’s this girl right here!, Jacky does huge hours teaching her little preps, inspiring and educating the young minds to better them selves, does their grades, one on one teaching and entertaining the kids on such a out standing level, she truly is a amazing teacher!. But it doesn’t stop there!, she then goes and smashes the gym sometimes 3 - 4 hours a night in order to reach her goals!. Her work ethic on all levels of life is ground breaking!. Jacky I love you, you’re a inspiration and a warmth to my heart!. A champion and I think we should all knowledge that about you. I appreciate you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️💁♂️🙂😘👌.
I have definitely become one fat dude in this bulk faze that is for sure!, however my size is getting larger, thicker and bigger and more full which is what the end goal pretty much is at the moment so can’t complain. Last week on Friday training shoulders, completely wrecked them and lifting heavier then I normally do. Did 80 kg a arm on shoulder press moving it until my shoulder would no longer work, something went click and my neck and shoulder froze up on me. I was out of action for 3 days I was a robot, had no mobility at all!. But being a Monday I’m back into it. Tonight’s training was abs, calves, glutes, quads, hamstrings, thighs. It won’t be long too go until I’ll start to get my shreds on again which I am super keen for as I must admit. I’m not liking this fluffy look .. at all!!! 😅🤣😂.
