Early breakfast at The Avocado House today. I mean early like 9AM and that’s totally not me cause I’m not an early morning full breakfast type of person, but today I woke up starving. Following one of my nutrition course rules has open my Morning appetite. What’s what I like to call one of most important rule: DINNER AND DONE!!!! No seconds, double dipping (that’s how you get a double chin) bowl of cereal at 11PM COOKIES 🍪 & Milk 🥛 🤦🏻♀️ at 1AM that’s BIG NO NO if you’re trying to reach a goal. All calories add up and number don’t lie. Calories down your belly will reflect on your waist size and health 😳🚨.. . Tracking my nutrition I’ve noticed that was the one thing that was either holding me back from reaching my goal weight or even worse making me gain weight. Those late night snacks were a killer. You’re focused and good all day and blow it at night. The F ing struggle 😂😂 By tracking I’ve also noticed what foods helped me reach faster weight loss. Witch carbs hold me back and make feel like shit. What foods help my digestion 💩😀 and give me energy 💚TRACKING AND THE DINNER AND DONE RULE HAVE BEEN A GAME CHANGER.. . By the way, can you see how I set aside the extra piece of steak in the far back? Not needed I’ll enjoy later. Water first and learn to ask yourself this question 🤔 AM I STILL HUNGRY??? Deja de comer con los ojos 👀 that’s a famous Spanish saying. Stop eating with your eyes. Meaning pay attention to your body and stop eating everything in sight.. . So here’s a question for you. Could late night eating be holding you back. Also are the things that you’re munching on at that time healthy for you of full of sugar. Remember sugar turns into fat. Do the math 🤔 BTW are you an early morning breakfast person??? Or you need a few hours before you eat something?
