Vegetables grown within 10km, meat raised on local farms then salt aged to retain the moisture, slowly ground hand pressed and cooked medium topped with house made sauces and wrapped up in our Buttermilk Bun! It’s a taste of heaven on earth!
Its working with chefs like @jovanananan that got our team thinking on how to make a burger bun with life! Our bun is made with 5th generation dairy farmers @country_valley milk, we use cultured butter from @pepesaya and our sustainable flour from @wholegrain_milling. We add our passion skill and technique and the result is a sweet gluten cloud which is the perfect compliment to your burger creation!! When Dustiny collides!
