Tia’s green pea risotto with Brie and scallop.
Dinner: 4th January 2019, 6pm Chicken breast, pine kernel- truffle potato, sesame sauce, toasted spinach. The truffle potato was rly well done, I love it so much tgt with the spinach. Chicken breast was not too dry, with its roasted skin. Tasted abit like 烧鸡 from SG. I can eat this all day every day, healthy, delicious, plating on point. YAS. $23
