For best health and well-being we need to sync ourselves to the ☀️. .
Our brain is already literally synchronized with the sun through the suprachaismatic nucleus in the brain — we need to enhance that and support that. .
After 6 PM you should be engaging in more calming activities and finishing your last meal.
Much of the work around intermittent fasting and time restricted feeding centers around circadian rhythm‘s.
Basically eat with the sun, give your gut rest from food, and disassociate from blue light in the evenings 🌟
