Being in control of the important things in your life, like health wealth (sometimes) and happiness.
If something or someone isn’t contributing to your health wealth or happiness, sack it right off. Then put the energy you would have wasted into what really matters. Even if you don’t realise until after, acknowledging what is a drain on you and what fills you up is a big part of the process!
