its taken a good part of 8 weeks to get back to this stage, taking time off doesnt agree with me 😂😂 whoever said you come back stronger after 2 weeks lied lolol

This is a weight I havent seen for some time.
Having time off from eye surgery has set me back a fair bit in terms of strength. (plus this getting older business doesnt help either 😂😂)
been working back up , adding reps or sets week by week.
3 x 3 120kg still think I had 1 or 2 left in the tank .. till the next session 😁 .

To be honest I got excited and did a few more sets than usual. I wouldn’t recommend doing that many sets as a novice lifter, also if your nutrition isn’t complimenting your training... so a few things that you’d need to bear in mind before increasing the volume in your weight training sessions —
