These blood flow restriction bands reduce oxygen supply to the muscles in order to fatigue muscle fibers and diminish their response to workout loads. Studies show occlusion training can increase muscle protein synthesis resulting in increased muscle growth.

The studies also show occlusion training can boost muscle growth and enhance potential for muscle gain by reducing Myostatin concentrations.

Basically it gives you a MAD pump and can result is bigger muscles, so I’m SOLD🤓
