back extensions, 290lbs.
Seated row, 42.5lb / arm
Fly press: 110lb
Would have done more, but I guess I am out of it... started feeling a bit nauseous.
Tomorrow is leg day.

We don’t bulk up ladies we get lean. We don’t have testosterone to bulk like men do. It also not only strength muscles, it strengths our bones. 💪🏽 I personally loooooove weights and love how I feel after a good lifting sesh.

I’ve been doing Nutrition Response Testing and have cut out dairy/gluten out of my diet because of my PCOS. With that, I’ve been taking some insulin supplements and some thyroid supplements and i’m feeling a lot better.
I’ve been missing bread so I found some gluten free bread at costco and it’s pretty yummy!
This morning I made some gluten free toast with vegan pesto spread from @traderjoes with 2 cage free eggs on top from @costco and a local peach to satisfy my sweet tooth 😋
