It’s been a while since I’ve posted a long winded life lesson, so strap on in. -
I touched on SUCCESS a few months back now yet being away from the hustle of home has got me thinking just how personal the definition of success is and more so how hard it is to define for most. -
Ive spoken to many who use money as the vehicle to take them to what they think will offer them eternal happiness. Granted, money makes the world go round and having wealth can help you get to experience some amazing things; yet the best things in life are free!
I’ve said it before, once upon a time that was me too. I was all about the stupid hours, the no life, the seemingly “successful” lifestyle that I was more unhappy doing than I cared to admit. Money is a tricky thing; it often takes more than it gives. -
What most do not realise is that it’s never too late to start, stop, change or pause. The biggest success in life is to have used your time to do with what you please. Provided you can go to sleep every night with clarity, what more can you really need? -
Success to me is to find ones happy place. Emotionally, physically and spiritually.
If you one that assumes money is the vehicle to success, I suggest you take some time to appreciate what your hard work can do for you, and not in the sense of what it can but you. LAUGH. EXPERIENCE. HAPPINESS.
My most “successful” moment is not owning multiple business’. It is not anything I have bought or owned. It is not getting up on a body building stage. It’s far more simple, it’s a single moment of clarity. It’s sitting on a beach, any beach (preferably in ios) listening to the waves with some quality company. It’s being the light in a dark place. It’s making sure no one is ever alone in a crowded room. It’s choosing to only allow positive people into my circle. -
My passion will always be my own/others health and fitness. Yet my success will always remain seperate.
