6 week shred involves some movement of sort each day! How much movement do you do?? I always find it astonishing how our ‘normal’ life means sitting at an office desk for 8-15 hours a day! I seems crazy to me!
1- it’s not good for our brain, which needs oxygen and movement creates that
2 - our productivity dwindles if we don’t wake ourselves up through movement and oxygen too!
