This was pretty much the only day in a 2 month prep that I felt good on since I had been sick a lot. I did 455 @ 8, and it was supposed to be in the 9s, so I went up.
lost my balance, then you saw what happened, and then I tweaked my hip or flute area in the process. This was 1 week out from nationals.
