I started working out in April 2018 and started keto in early August 2018. Now, in Sept. 2018, I am down 21lbs.🏋️🥩
My sister, @keto.nique, suggested I follow a keto diet when we realized I was building muscle and getting fit but not burning fat. 💪
I have seen my bod, mind and spirit transform in the past month. I've done this before, through other means. This time my desire to be fit and healthy is so strong. This time, I got this, I'll be this, I'll live this, now I am this. 👸
I am so looking forward to growing my muscles and seeing my body showing it. That's really my ultimate goal. 💪
