Some snippets from today’s strength focused workout.
I’m currently training 4 days a week, sometimes 5 if I’m playing catch up, and bench press, squat, dead lift and pendlay row twice.
Today’s session was focused on both pushing and pulling, with reps from 6-8.
I will do another workout focused on upper body hypertrophy, with pushing and pulling movements, and then 2 lower body sessions with a similar strength/hypertrophy split.
I’m planning on competing in powerlifting again in early 2018, but only if I’ve made a ton of progress.
Apart from a puppy I’ve got nothing in my way now so I’m excited to see what I can achieve!
