Hit the half way point of the squat program today with @sambisson15 Week 3 Day 2 6x6@300. I’m going below parallel people, don’t worry! Time to up the weights and lower the reps! The push to 400lb continues!

Abarooskies! Added these to the end of my workout today. Definitely felt the burn in my obliques. I did 4 rounds 15 reps each (or each side). 1.) Back hyperextension 
2.) Side bend (on hyperextension)
3.) Woodchops (set the cable attachment high and keeping arms straight bring handle from over shoulder to opposite knee. Make sure to pivot on the foot closest to the cable so you don’t put pressure on your knees) 
4.) smith machine over-unders

- Cable side leg raise (you’ll feel this more so in the stabilizing leg) 4x15ES
