To be fair it was my second time doing it after some squats! I’m feeling absolutely amazing today guys. ABSOLUTELY amazing. The mini getaway is just what I needed. Ready to crush this week and hit some PR’s, stay tuned. 🎶

So this happened today on top of the heavy squats! I hit a 295lb clean. This is after failing 295 a few minutes before this, Thanks @sambisson15 ! It’s great seeing these improvements but I would like to add this... My body has never felt better than it does now! I’m adding on GOOD weight at a slow steady pace! ALL MY LIFTS HAVE GONE UP 15+ POUNDS! I have NO INFLAMMATION or joint pain ANYWHERE! All my lab numbers along with heart rate and BP are at a lifetime healthy/low! My energy, focus and mood are though the roof no matter the time of day or how long my day is! Here’s the kicker.... THIS IS ALL DONE WITH NO CARBS OR SUGAR! Just meat, good healthy fats and black coffee! But hey, what do I know. I’m just looking at real numbers and physical changes 🤷🏼‍♂️ 😏

3 handstand push-ups 
6 deadlifts @225
12 pull-ups 
24 double unders
Today’s time was 28:11. Not my fastest by a long shot, and more jump rope lashes than I think I’ve gotten in 5 years, but I actually felt GOOD lifting for the first time in a long while and my arm didn’t ache after. Progress.
Thanks to @drnic18 for holding down the home front and dealing with a newborn all day long so this old guy doesn’t feel so old!

End of week 1! 6x2@315 weight felt good during all 6 sets! Just a tad shifty during the last set ..... time to address that before it causes other issues! On to next week 2!

BB chest press 4x10-12 
DB chest fly + leg drop 4x15 
Cable OH shoulder press 4x12 
DB punches 4x20 each side 
DB lateral raise + rotation & extension 4x10-12
Cable kayak rows 4x12ES 
SA cable delt pull 4x12ES 
Cable stretching row 4x10-12 then switch legs and do 10-12 on the other side 
Battle ropes 4x30sec -
