29 min run to the Chabot gates and back with Sigmon. Planned on doing 50 min but ended up going for 30 since my calves were hurting. Went at a pretty fast pace today. That’s why it wasn’t 30 min.

36 min run to Chabot. Sigmon wanted to see our times going up the hill in Chabot so we took it easy until the hill and went Tempo Effort all the way up. Sigmon thought I wouldn’t be able to break 3 min on the hill but I did. I ran 2:59. It was really difficult holding the pace up the hill but I did it. All I told myself was one foot in front of the other. I tried to keep with Sigmon but I lost him a bit. He got 2:55. Going back to school was at a moderate/kinda fast pace. It was difficult to hold pace but I knew I could do it. So I just did it.

Did weight room with Doan first and then did a 35 min run alone to top of Chabot and back. At weight room I almost did a 135 bench but had to get a little help from @eviltwinsteven . Running up the hill was a challenge today but I just kept pushing.
