The wall changes every time I come to KZN - always eye- catching always bright and beautiful - a message for everyone to view. @kznsagallery is a go to place- gifts galore , art works , jewelry, books, clothing and a nice place for a coffee and a bite or two.
Between his soul and his guitaring I’m not sure which I love the most.
What I can say though is we make lakka music and friendship together.
@josh_swanson_music you’re a slay queen ♥️ @niamhhey capturing the love 💕
When I got the email invite for this opening I was right then transported imagining what could possibly exhibited and what the works would look like. The exhibition far exceeded my expectations. These works are work! They are so perfectly crafted and multi dimensional. Initially it’s a perfectly painted image and then it’s fabric and then it’s a question of how it was brought into existence. This truly in a process. Thank you to @kznsagallery for this exhibition. The piece “Let me tell you about the wind” by #ElaineBarnard is one of the best execution of a concept I have seen, it transports you to the desert close to an pawing and you can see the effects and movement of the wind through the thread work on the art and the flow of the silhouettes. #textileart#fibreart#quilting#artoninstagram#southafricanart#Fibreworks#nationalfireworks#edge
The most captivating piece for me tonight from the @kznsagallery opening exhibition by @grace_kotze “Spoils of a creative forage” all the art work is absolutely captivating and conversation pieces. Her journey with the KZNSA gallery and her concept behind these paintings call about a new found appreciation for her skill, her time and her eye. This collection is more than spoils of a creative forage, it is the main course itself. #maleportrait#contemporaryart#acrylicpainting#peackock#artistsoninstagram#gracekotze
