I’m starting a journalling challenge next week - #journalweek ✍️ I posted about this in Stories and lots of you said you’d join in, so here’s your invitation (open to everyone!)
Here are the rules: journal every day, Monday-Sunday. That’s it! It doesn’t matter how long you do it for (1 minute or 1 hour!), it doesn’t matter what you write, it doesn’t matter where you write it. This is a challenge unique to us, to see what comes up (or just to let some thoughts out of our brains!) *No Stress, No Expectations* ✌️
I’ve put a link in my profile ➡️ @ruthpoundwhite if you want to sign up for some email motivation (prompts, useful links etc) but you don’t need to sign up to join in! You’re free to join in however you like. *
I’ll be sharing some of my thoughts and reflections as we go, using the hashtag #journalweek #️⃣ If you feel like posting, please do use the hashtag too. But if you want to keep it all to yourself, that’s fine!
This is my old journal, from many years ago. It’s only half full so I’m going to use what I’ve already got for this challenge. I’m personally planning to start with some freewriting - just see what comes up. Then I’m going to pick some prompts every day, depending on what I feel like doing in that moment. 💭
Do you journal? Let me know how you use journalling in the comments!
