“The best project you’ll ever work on is you.” Fuelled by good coffee and a love for what she does, Shoshi’s been doing exactly that ever since getting into the fitness industry at the age of 19: working her best project. “I’ve been a keen figure skater, PT and a HIIT, Barre, Bootcamp, Zumba, you-name-it instructor for the last few years and I reached a point where I felt I wasn’t progressing.” In her search for a new challenge and inspiration, Shoshi came across Heartcore. “My first class was very humbling. I could lift heavy weights and sprint on a treadmill at a high speed, yet I could not feel my muscles activate during the class. Muscles that are incredibly important!” Having qualified as a Heartcore Pilates teacher, Shoshi’s found it unlike anything else; a workout she loves teaching and believes in the most. “I feel more connected to my body and have become much stronger, more flexible and mobile from doing Pilates.
