Here’s one for the Low Carb Crowd
As you know I love my carbs but I do also utilize carb cycling strategies to boost fat burning when cutting down. This is a typical low carb meal that I like to eat!

6 oz high protein tofu
2 oz avocado
6 oz raw spinach
2 oz cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp salsa
1 oz pickles
3 sweet peppers
2 tbsp Trader Joe’s joes green dragon sauce
20g carbs (12 net)
