A post for those who are just thinking of starting a healthier life , starting exercising and why or why should you join a gym???🤔
Well, I joined the gym nearly 3 years ago and never looked back. And love the "new me"! #ifeelpretty (just saw this movie yesterday😂) Listen carefully now- if regular exercise is not in your lifestyle habit -no matter how many programs, bikes, equipment you will buy to DO IT at home (because it is easy and save money on the gym, right?) YOU WILL NOT KEEP IT UP! Why? BECAUSE IT IS NOT A HABIT!!! HARD TRUTH- if you want changes in your body, in your appearance, in your life- you need to do something totally differently and MAKE IT A HABIT (like brushing your teeth. Remember the feeling when you forgot to brush them and you are in bed already but still get up and do it???)
I am inherently LAZY! Here, I said it! So, I joined the gym @gymplusballsbridge that has all equipment, trainers, cardio, yoga, pilates, and most important- people with the same goals as you and made it a habit of going there often even for a 30 min stay 4-5 times per week.
In my next post I will write my personal recomendations how to start the gym for lazy people and make it work for you!
My today's work out? 40 min spin in the morning plus 10 min abs exercises ( via the app).
