So last week on my story I asked what exercises people would like to see me do...
Battle ropes and deadlifts were amongst the answers I received so thought I’d do these today and upload them.
Deadlifts is 110kg for reps, went heavier after but my form wasn’t great on them and i also think on the battle ropes I should be deeper into a squat position.
Was asked to do some muscles ups which is something I want to master so I’ll work on them and get a video up soon as i make some progress.
