Hello Wednesday! Today is my day off from my regular program so I decided to have some fun and dance this morning 💃 I also did some planks and other core work because, well, you all know I’m a bit crazy 😜
I love that this program is only 4 days a week, it allows me to incorporate other activities I love. The next few months are going to be hard...the holidays mean a lot of sweets and foods that could easily cause you to put on 5-10 lbs.
I’m committed to not letting that happen! That doesn’t mean I won’t indulge every now and then...what it means is I’ll do it with intention and I’ll continue to show up for all of my workouts ✌️ It’s never too late to join me, my #virtualgym doors are always open. All I ask is you come with a positive attitude and be ready to kick some butt!!! 💪
