Class is 45 minutes long and I will make it worth your while. ALL fitness levels welcome- I am 110% serious about it- y’all - if you ever listen to one thing I say, let it be this: I DON’T EXPECT YOU TO BE IN SHAPE. Please don’t not attend classes with us “ because I need to get into better shape” or “ I need to lose weight first”. Ladies- self love and community and endorphins- this is what I’m sellin-the GOOD stuff!! Now grab your leggings and sports bra and come do high knees with me...cause the only time I do them is in class and they are soooo good for us!😂 .
