“Just a trim” ✂️ shape refinement.
Too often, my guests are scared of getting a haircut in fear of losing their length. Shape refinement however is so important to maintaining the health of the hair and even contributes to a longer, thicker appearance! This is a 100% dry cut. No shampoo, no blow drying, no straightening or styling- and her hair looks significantly fuller with minimal length removed.

12 Days of Conditioning: Day 1
For the first conditioning exercise we’re doing windshield wipers for core and upper body! If you don’t have silks you can use a trapeze, lyra, or a pull up bar. If you’re at home, you could even do these lying on the floor with your back on the ground!
