I’m convinced Ventana’s slogan should be “Soak, Sip, Sleep, Repeat...” Lots of hot tubbing to be done here.

I've been in California for about a week and half now where I've finally found the sun and (relatively) warmer weather I was looking for!
.
Outside of sporadic posts to my story I've been pretty silent on IG for a little while. The fast pace of travel, cold and dreary weather, and some personal stuff I was sorting through really affected my psyche. I needed to step back, spend some time with myself, engage some friends from afar (thanks technology!), and just regroup emotionally and mentally. And finally over the past four or five days I've started to feel more like myself again.
.
It seems like I'm continually re-learning the vital importance of self-care. So thankful for the people in my life who remind me of this and are here for me to help process the hard things!
