First time in months even trying to lift somewhat heavy. Shoulder has been a bother but i have been doing my mobility work and it’s helped a lot. Flat bench routine was 2 sets @ 175x12, 2 sets @ 225x10, 275x8, 315x3, and back down to 225 for a burnout of 8.
Working on getting stronger and building the muscle back that I lost the last year! Did 45 lb plates today instead of 35 lb and did 100 deadlifts and moved on to 500 leg extensions at a lower weight. I’m getting ready to cut soon and start a body transformation with @bodybybigjohn. He is helping me gain muscle now so it will help me lose fat! It’s been an extremely challenging 2 years and I’m ready to feel good again! I’ve had a set back but you will never see me give up!
